Default JDM Edition S2000 Wheels

I have an 03 S2K, and am being offered a set of JDM wheels for the S2000. What's the difference between JDM and US spec? Is the offset the same? In other words, will it fit on my US spec S2000 without any problems? Thanks!

There are two types of wheels in Japan. One is the same as ours, and one is the optional BBS forged wheels. The BBS ones are considerably lighter.

here is a link to a set that is for sale on ebay. I am not associated in any way with them.

same offsets as stock, but you save a few lbs.

Thats a high price for a set of wheels that need to be repaired.

Thank you all for your insight on the JDM wheels. I feel much more comfortable with my purchase now.

Repaired? Just slap some r-compounds on there and go racing.

oh jeez, those are hardly in need of "repair". a slight scrape on the edge of the rim is nothing to get fussy over. keep in mind they are USED. it's not like they have a huge crack on one of the spokes or something.
