Jim: Help plz
Hi there I understand your the guy to talk to about tires. Looking for some new rears(255/35r18), curently in the front i have hankook ventus rs-2. I understand that tire is being phased out and its replacement is the v12 evo, I managed to find the v12 locally for $280 (can)each. But i have also noticed you guys have the ventus s1 evo for $132 (us) each and after shippind and all that $415. Soo my question is which of those tires should i be looking or should i consider a cheaper tire ie nexus n3000 or can i get a better tire in the price range of the hankooks. Im not into auto x so im not looking for an extreme perfomance tire but i do want to maintain the cars handleing and the car is only driven in the summer. Thanks alot in advance.
I do have the S1 Evo on sale right now at 89.00 front and 132.00 rear.
They are the best priced tire that I would have in the sizes you need. If you are looking for a better tire take a look at the Dunlop Star Spec at 170.00 front and 229.00 rear.
If I can help let me know.

I have the v12 evos on my s2k.. they are amazing. But 280 per tire is wwaayyy too much. I paid 700 for all four tires mounted, but then again im in Korea
Search around, you can find them cheaper than 280 a tire
