Im looking to purchase some axis hagens 19's what offset should i get em in.

What are the offsets available?
7.5 wide? 8.5 wide? 8 wide? 9 wide?

I would need to know the offset to figure it out. Check with the wheel company you are buying the wheels from. They should be able to tell you if they fit the car.
