Default JIM! Re-01R compaired to the S03 PP

Ok so i have a question. the M3 has a problem with understeer. I solved the problem by running S03's in the rear and PS2's in the front. even though the tread wear is the same for the rubber the ps2's have a much better grip level so it removes the understeer problem with the car. My rears are pretty worn out and was thinking about replacing them with something different. Don't want ps2's on the rear as they will bring the car right back to where i began with understeer. I was looking into the new RE01r's but wondered how they drove compaired to the s03's. I know the rubber is suppose to be much softer and the treadwear is much lower but number don't always tell the full story. and you have no other facts on tire rack about the tire. so how does the new bridgestone compair to the old? and how does it stack up compaired to the PS2?

I have not yet tested the RE01R. However, I do have track experience with the RE01s, which perform very similarily. My conclusion was, decent dry traction (>S03) average wet traction (<S03) and poor treadware performance. The RE01s do have excellent cornering response though.
