Just triple checking before placing my order
Sure its fine, but its not ideal. I'm sure you wished your front wheel was 8" for those meats instead right?
If I were placing an order for brand new wheels tonight, id want them to be great with my chosen tires, not just "fine" Hella-yo!

With an 8 inch width, a vertical side wall would actually be 235 tire.
With a 7 inch width, a vertical side wall would be 215 tire.
So 225 is fine as its just one size up which is what plenty of people do with the stock wheels.

Ok so I ordered the rears at 17x9 +45 the fronts I'm debating on 17x7 +42 or 17x8.5 +35. I've come to the conclusion that I have to roll the fenders, what would you run? Ideally I wanted a 17x8 +45 but it's one extreme or the other.

I agree with this, given the OP rather crumby alternative wheel size options.
