Does anybody know the quality of the kosei racing brand?? i picked some up for cheap but dont know if i should really use them if not a quality wheel

 

They're popular with the bmw e30 and e36 crowd. I've heard mixed results, but i think they're up to par. just make sure it has the JWL stamp, and you're good to go.

 

I've used a pair of k1's with slicks on my old srt4. I had no complaints at all with them.

 

I had a pair with R comps on my old civic, I loved them. Light weight, decent quality, cheap enough to have multiple sets!!

 

I have had 2 sets on different S2K's. They are light and I even autocrossed on one set. No issues. I will say no hellaflush, stancenation offsets are available with these wheel.Tire Rack sells very conservative offsets!
