I got my S2000 about 3 months ago and I can't stop driving it, Ive put on over 5500 miles on it already. One of the things I love most about it is its lack of traction control, I absolutely love flirting with the cars limits through continous power oversteer and sideways drifts. However (obviously) the stock S02s arent really meant to give way, and when they do reach their limits, theyre prone to premature wear, so the tires really arent lasting for me.

So, Im looking for a tire that has the nice solid feel of the S02's, except maybe a little harder rubber compund so I have a little more room to play with the car and still have good tread life. Ive heard that the S03's kill the feel of the car and thats not what Im looking to do. I just want a tire that will lose traction a little bit easier than the S02's, but will last (considerably) longer, while maintaing the original characteristics of the car.
