A little help with fitment.
I have read a lot of threads on wheel fitment, but until these were on today, I have the following concerns.
I recently purchased a set of Yokohama AD08 from Tire Rack in the following sizes fitted on the following rims.
225/40/18 --- 18*7.5+50
255/35/18 --- 18*8.5+52
Even with rolled fenders and relocating rear bumper tab, I am sitting really flushed and still rubbing while taking sharp corners. I believe the wider side wall on these tires might have a little to do with this. I am unsure what the camber is right now, since I'm due for an alignment, but from eying it would be around the -1.5 degree range, give and take +-0.5 degree. From what I have read, a lot of people are fitting similar setups without any issues, and this is pretty common. I'm just curious how this is being accomplished.
With regards to the front, it looks just as tight if not more. I am dead flushed with the outer front fender lip. I thought this was a very conservative setup, but now I'm worried I'll be rubbing at the track. I have no intentions of rolling the fronts, and camber is minimal, say stock, however it doesn't look too promising. I believe taking corners will induce rubbing especially when the tires are turned while in a corner.
Height wise I'm sitting at 1.5-2 fingers all around, but wish to lower it more if this works out.
Suspension wise, I'm on Tein Mono Flex sitting at half stiff rear and 3/4 soft in the fronts for street driving, and will be hardening it at the track.
With these issues on hand, what else can we do to make these fit?
Thanks, any help is appreciated.

The 245/35R18 should solve the problem. More negative camber will also give you more room. The problem is that not all tires or cars are exactly the same. Some tires are just wider than others and depending on the alignment can rub. The 255/35R18 is a tight fit though.
Okay,
So I just came back from the shop. It fits!
In the rear not only was it rolled and bumper tab relocated but to ensure it fits, the camber had to be set to -2.7 degrees. For some this may be too aggressive, but I'm okay with that, and it looks flushed lowered to no finger gap.
In the fronts, so far no rub, but suspension was set stiffer and I'm running a 1 finger gap.
Black on black looks aggressive, esp slammed on 18"
Last but not least, the handling improved immensely. Turn in is much sharper at the expense of comfort. The car handles like it's on rails!
Thanks for all the help.
