Default Most Aggressive

Jim,

I am trying to get a set of Work Meister S1's. I'd like to have very aggressive offsets on a 17 inch rim. What is the most aggressive I can get? I am thinking something like 17x7.5 +42 front or 17x8 +45 front and 17x9 +42 Rear.

Do you think this would look flush with the fenders?

How about lip size?

Thanks!

the 17x8+45, 17x9+42 will sit pretty flush

if you want aggressive go with 17x9+56( something in the 50's) and 17x10+43/45 rear

For a given amount of clearance to the fender lip, reduced wheel offsets only reduce the width you can run.

i.e., if you could only run 245s on 42mm offset wheels, you could run 265's on 52mm offset wheels.

If you roll/pull the fenders such that you could run 275s on a 42mm offset, you could then run 295's on 52mm offset.

Just seems funny to refer to low-offset wheels as "aggressive" offsets, when what means is you have to run a narrower tire (and wheel) for a given amount of fender clearance.

you can run a 255 if you have rolled fenders and camber (that is an aggressive setup)
