I thought it was implied by saying that the car is tracked regularly.
Anyway, just run the TE's. The width and offset are right at the limit of OEM fender functionality to still fit and look good. As Manga said, your fenders are already modified - they should most likely fit as is or might need a slight bit of additional work, but nothing major.
