Default Need help with offset and fitment ?

i want to put some wheels on my girls s2k.

the car will not be lowered. i can get a great deal on as set of

Rays Gramlights 57F 17x8.5 +40 5x114 all the way around. 245/45/17

are these going to look retarded. if you were going to throw a tire on these, what would you suggest. i was thinking 225/45/17 all the way around, so that i can rotate them and stuff. keep in mind, stock heigth, girl driving, never racing or hard cornering.

They would not look retarded at all. It may look just a tad aggressive in the front, but overall that's a very good, functional setup. You may not have to roll the fenders at all if you're not lowered, but I am not 100% on that.

I would say a fender lip roll will be needed. Make sure they have the correct center bore as well. Your car has a larger center bore on the front than the rear.

so if it has an aggressive look, does that mean its going to stick out on the front and flick rocks up off the paint?

The wheels are fine, the tires will look semi-retarded because they are oversized diameter. I don't know how aggressive she is but you are probably better off with staggered for less oversteer. I'd run OEM AP2 sizes, 215/45 and 245/40. A 245/45 will definitely cause problems in the front even at stock height.
