Default Need help with picking the right size rims

Hey all.

I have been dreaming about Volk TE37s my whole life and thought I'd look into getting a set for the car, I can't use the ones that are on the car now because they are way bigger then stock rims/tires (my car is imported and I'm not allowed having something bigger then stock size). So i was wondering if someone could help me find the rims in the list that are closest to the size of the stock wheels. I think it's only the width of the tires I cant go over 205/225. I think 17 Inch is the size that would look nicest on the car.

here the page I was thinking to order from, if anyone have a better site I would gladly order from that

looking at the sizes on the website you gave and assuming you go with 205/225 tires you probably want 17x7.5 and 17x8.5. you will have a slightly stretched tire and the stretch will match front to back. as far as offset, it depends on how you want them to fit. assuming you are stock height with no rolled fenders? probably want the +48 in front and +50 in the rear for safety. otherwise you might need a little roll with the lower offsets and/or lowered car.

Ty for that info! I'm on stock springs and it will stay that way due to the bad roads over here and I really want to avoid rolling fenders. The car is totally stock as the rules says it has to be so :/

so, there are laws restricting your tire sizes? that seems crazy.

and by the way, you will probably want 205/50/17 front and 225/45/17 rear to retain a similar overall diameter to the stock 16" setup.

Not only tires the whole car has to be stock So If i were to order just the rims what size would you recommend? I can get a set of good tires here in Norway at a tire shop.

well, i agree that 17s look the best on an S2000. and if you just want easy fitment, no fender work, and don't care about being flush...

then i'd get these for the front:

and these for the rear:

Ive been thinking and those rims are to expensive in the end to get so I'm thinking of these Work Emotion XD-9's which is a bit cheaper but still in the same category of rims I want. Would these fit without doing any modification to the car? and what offset should i pick?

Front:

17x7.5

5x114.3

Rears:

you have nice taste in wheels, my friend! if you are worried about fitment just go with the highest offsets...

Honestly, without being able to lower the car or run wider tires, I think OEM 17" AP2 wheels would be the best look.
