Does this half of the formula convert the wheel width difference from US to metric? I've always wanted to know how to do that.

If so, I'm going to guess that the other half is just adding the wheel offset difference to the wheel width difference.

The only reason I got the rear wheels in +43 offset is that they only come in that size.
