Need help with Wheel fitment
Hey!
I have an 04’ s2k and I’m looking to get it some new wheels. I’m looking at rpf1s.
rn my tires are 24545/17 in the back and 215/45/17 in the front.
I am very unfamiliar with wheel specs and need some help tryna figure out what size I need.
Any advice help:

What wheels are on the car now?
Typo? Spec is P215/45R17 front and P245/40R17 rear. P255/40R17 will fit on the rear nicely (CR spec).
Why the wheel change? OE wheels are fine with those sizes and there are no fitment issues.

For rpf1’s you will need to roll the fenders as they don’t offer them in a high enough offset to clear unrolled fenders. The rpf1 is one of the most common wheels people put in these cars so I’d suggest doing some searches. If you want to keep the factory stagger you would be looking at 17x9 +45 for the rear with either a 245/40/17 or 255/40/17 tire. For the front you have a few options. 17x7.5 +48 or 17x8 +45 will both work though a 215/45/17 will fit better on the 7.5 wheel. 225/45/17 will for the 8 inch wide wheel better.

Your rear tires are the wrong size or you’ve just got a typo. I personally wouldn’t do RPF1 because if you 17x9 rear and 17x8 you’ll have two different wheel faces…..and at this point there seem to be as many S2000 on RPF1 as on any of the various OEM wheels.

OEM wheel specs are in here
Wheel size difference calculator/visual
Read through that first link to get some basic understanding of wheel fitment on this car. The second link will let you compare the wheel/tire you're replacing with the new ones you plan on getting and how it will affect poke, inset, speed reading, etc.
Stock rear tire size is 245/40/17. If you go 17x9 +45 or any more aggressive in the rear, I'd make sure your rear bumper tab is relocated as well.
