Default Need help with wheels

Hey guys,

Well I was planning on buying Emotion XD-9's, CR kai or the Volk TE-37.

I want feedback from owners of these wheels and their oppinions and I need help with this issue.

Today I went to F1 Motorsport in North Hollywood and I spoke to a guy there who said that the XD-9 or CR Kai wouldnt fit because of the offset. I told him I wanted staggered 17x 9.5 +44 he said the only way to get it would be 17x 7.5 all around and that wouldnt look good. He said that if I got the one I wanted I would have to roll my fenders and there would be a inch of the wheel sticking out. Is this right? what can I do here someone save me

If you are going to run a 9.5+44 in the rear, you will need to roll your fenders and a slightly stretched 255 tire. What size are you planning to run up front?

Yeah, I went to F1 last week and Chris (Salesman) only wanted to sell me VS-XXs for $3000 including tires.

Well thanks for your help guys but I still need some things clarified.

So if I want to run 17 X 9.5 +44 rear what would be good to run for front. And what size tires should I get for rear? 255 like IIGQ4U said? How about front tires?

If you are running a 17X9.5 ET44 rear it will take some fender rolling to make it fit. I would stay with a 245/40R17 and run more negative camber to be safe. The front size could be 17X7.5 or 17X8 with 50mm or higher offset to be the safest.
If I can help with the tires let me know. I do not carry the wheels you are looking for.
