Default Need new tires - 2005 S2000

Looking to replace my OEM tires. I don't track the car, just spirited driving and daily commute. I live in the Seattle area. I've heard that the Falken RT615 tires are great but I don't know what size I should get. Maybe 225/45R-17 & 255/40R-17?

What is the best option for the OEM tires (stock rims) that allows me to save a little $$? What size will prove the best for me? I love the RE050 tires but the price is pretty high for a set right now.

Thanks

Sumitomo HTRZ III

best bang for the buck tire out right now

they have a 300 treadwear and

they rate better then the stock re050's and they are a hell of alot cheaper

in stock sizes i paid 88 for the fronts and 99 for the rears each

How do they grip compared to stock RE050's? Is this sidewall soft or firm like the OEM tires?

Did you get stock sizes?

Thanks!

The 615 is not a good seattle tire. For 3 months maybe.

I agree the 615's are not good for seattle. They don't have many rain grooves. Only good for dry.

Also check out the RE050A Pole Positions. It's on sale too. I would get some, but I already bought a extra set of RE050. Now if only someone would buy those...
