Need tire help
I am putting 17" wheels on so I am having to decide on what tires now. I do not plan on AutoXing but I do drive pretty aggressively on windy backcountry roads so I would like to keep the grip in dry weather close to or better than the OEM SO-2's if possible. This is not my daily driver so I am not overly concerned with wear issues but would like to have them last around 10k miles or so. I have been looking at the S0-3's and Toyo T1-S's. Does anyone have opinions on either of these tires???
I would also like to hear if you think there are other tires that would be better suited to my driving habits and area. Please keep in mind that I do live in the Pacific NW. Though I do not plan on driving the S in bad weather, sometimes rain just happens to sneak up on you and when it does I would like to maintain some control during normal driving.
Thanks for you advice and/or opinions

I have been leaning towards the S0-3's but wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking a tire that was better for what I need. Thanks for the quick replies!!!
Schatten - I see I am not the only one who is an insomniac. Do you work with MG racing?

correct on both counts: insomniac and MG Racing. I currently have an office and my own division of MG Racing. Tim and I work together, work under the same name of Giampiero's MG Racing company, yet we have two separate companies.
