New Rims for my 2006 s2k

I'm trying to buy these rimes from my friend. Does anyone know off hand if these are going to fit, also what dimensions do i need for the front and back? Thanks in advance.

They were Axis Crux rims..18"

I was unable to pull up the wheels. You would need to have a high offset wheel and different sizes and center bores front to rear. If you have the sizes and dimensions and offsets I can check.
