I just checked mine, too. A set of RE050A PP's I bought from TireRack back in May were actually manufactured in March of 2006. Not near as bad as the ones in the video but I was surprised that my new tires apparently were sitting in inventory for over two years before I bought them.

i'm glad i wear tires out every year or so. As well as buy newer model ones because i want the latest tire technology.
