new tires suck?
i had a set of worn out kumo somethings, 225's all around
i got brand new falcon ziexs 225 front and 245 in back, stock MY03 rims, thinking handling would improve a bit, but i took a turn coming back from school, which i always take it with the S, one of those fun freeway interchange ramp turns, nice n smooth, and with the new tires, i heard the screecthing (very very little, barely any) at lik 3mph lower than what i take it with no problem with older tires....
someone explain this? do u have to break in tires or what??

Yeah you have to break them in before you can really tell. My BFG's Gforce definitely got better after a few hundred miles. I had the same issues witht he screeching that eventually went away after a bit as well.
Ziexs are a little harder than the Azenis or Kumho MX plus being new they probably still have some of the mold release on them. Give them a few hundred miles to get them scuffed a bit and then see how you like them. Also with them being new, they are at full tread so the tread will flex much more than tires that are worn down to the wear bars.

.............Several heat cycles tend to stiffen up a new tire - This is why race teams (NASCAR, CART, IRL, F1, etc.) may use "scuffs" during a race. As somone else stated, most tire makers suggest not pushing a new tire for at least a few hundred miles.
Falken Ziex are indeed all season tires... The screeching is acceptable for what the tire is and it changes the dynamics of the car's behavior, so keep that in mind. Yes break in the tires a bit more before you will notice their grip or lack there of compared to your previous tires. I would spend some time driving at a more moderate level on new tires than trying to reproduce the same grip that your previous tires once gave you. The tires are good, I've used them, they cost less than OEMs and they last longer, but at the expense of less performance in grip. As long as you keep that in mind, then I don't think any screeching or sliding that may occur from your operation should surprise you.
