omg these wheels are expensive...and I thought the CE28N-TTs were bad

i want RG-D's in 17x9 n 17x9x5 maybe 10 im not really knowledgeable on this topic so need help just bought a ap1 n i need a drop n wheels/tires any suggestions...will i need to roll and pull? n how much camber
