non staggered set up?

wonder if anyone is running a set up like this? i would search, but i cant..

also what is the widest you can go in the fronts?

17x9 w/ +63 offset w/ 235 tire if you have stock brakes and fenders
17x9 w/ +40 offset ???? tire if you have BBK and wide fenders.

P.S., those are for Volk CE28ns, not sure about other wheels.

Opera Performance runs 17x9 +45 235/255 but they have alot of negative camber and have rolled their fenders.
