Default Not S2000 related,

Bridgestone Potenza Re 050 run flat tires,205/40/18,on my +1 Cooper S.
She caught a small screw on one tire, causing a flat.
1-Can it be repaired?(fixed)
2-If not,can I run normal tires,(was thinking Michelin Pilot Sport) on run flat Cooper Works wheels??
Thank you for your help.
Emil.

I thought you cantfix run flats ? Just go to a tire shop. Most of them will fix it cheap or for free.

Most tire stores will not repair run flat tires. If it is near the edge I would not repair it anyway.
If I can help let me know.
