I think you need to be more specific what year/model NSX wheels are you talking about first?

If you are referring to the late model 2002+ NSX rims, they are nearly PERFECT offsets for the s2000 and require nothing but direct bolt on. You do need to change the tire sizing to match the s2000 fitment and amazingly OEM s2000 tire sizes work. I'm running this exact setup right now on my s2000 (see below)

I added a 15mm front spacer to give it a more aggressive offset however since the OEM NSX offset is actually 5mm LESS AGGRESSIVE than the OEM s2000 offset, read more on this thread:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...=639691&st=100

The NSX oem wheels are TRUE BOLT on affair, needs NOTHING to fit perfectly in the rear.

The fronts are 17x7 (exact same size as s2000 oem) but the offset is 5mm LESS AGGRESSIVE meaning they tuck in 5mm more than the stock oem's.

OEM NSX front is +60mm and the OEM s2000 front is +55mm

I already have a set of H/R 15mm spacers with longer studs installed up front so:

1) OEM NSX front will be 10mm more aggressive closer to fender

2) OEM s2000 front wheels will be 15mm more aggressive closer to fender
