Default oem ap1 rims

Well, I was wondering if I can use stock rear rims up front and in the rear as well. Would it be safe? 225/50/16 front and 245/45/16 rears?

No it will not fit. The hub bore from the rears will not work on the front.

Just take the rears to your friendly local machine shop and have them machined out.
My guy charged $25 a wheel. I left a front wheel with him to work from.

On the street I continue to use the OEM stagger but for track use I go with 245/45/16
Toyo RA1's at all four corners.

bringing this post from the dead. What type of suspension are you using and how low is your s. I got my two rears machined andended up putting 225/50 up front and 245/45 in the rear. Wouldn't 245/45's up front rub on cornering? Btw I'm running buddyclub rs coilovers.

in the manual it states that if you get a flat in the front you much put the spare in the rear and the rear in the front?

DANGER, WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!!!
You've got it backwards. Better go read it more carefully.
If you get a flat on the front, the spare just goes there. If you get a flat in the rear, the spare still goes on the front and the good front tire goes on the back. The hub diameters are different. If you do it the way you said, bad things will result.
