Offset for 18 x 7.5 rim

Offset for 18 x 7.5 rim
I wanted to know if 18 x 7.5 rim @ 4 corners will be OK for a 45+ offset for 225/40/18 tires?
My car currently on RSR Ti springs. Right now I have 18 x 7.5 @ all corners w/ either a +42 or +47 (can't remember) and the tires, which are now 225/40/18's, and they do not stick out.
I appreciate any help I can get
