Default Offset Guru's Please help

Well I want my wheels to have a more aggressive look to them and I was wondering what size wheel spacers I could run to achieve that. I am goin to lower my car on tein flex coilovers just enough to close the gap and maybe tuck alittle tire but nothing crazy.

You can run bigger spacers if needed, but anything more than 10mm give or take a few, will need extended studs.

Then what would be a good size spacer to run? I am going to be running project kics wheel spacers and they have the wheel studs on them so would I still need extended? I am looking for something aggressive but with no need for fender rolling or pull.
