Seems the definition of off-set would be helpful to Unit-X.

It's the distance in mm from the centerline of the wheel to the mounting surface where the lugs go thru. Positive off-sets put the wheel further inside the wheel well.

9.5 inch rear... should be around +73... trust me I learned this the hard and expensive way. I've heard from members with 10 inch rears going a little over 80mm.
