Default is it ok to change rears ties only?

my rear tires is about to be gone soon, I got about 10% tread left on it, but it appear my front set got about 50-60 percent tread left. If I buy the same tires for the rear, is it OK just to replace the rear only and keep the front?

I certainly hope so. Most of us have been doing precisely that for years.

It usually works out to two sets of rears for each set of fronts then change all four.

you just always need to replace both rears or both fronts, never only replace 1

You are also going to get the best performance from the tires with the same tire front and rear. If you go mixing you can end up with a very different handling car.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
