Default Opinions needed on 18x8, 18x9

Currently dropped on S. Techs. I got a staggered set of 18x8 +48mm fronts, 18x9 +50mm rears. Done quite a bit of research but I'm hard-pressed to find a solid answer...need to know before I make an impending purchase.

Ideally, I'd like:

225/40/18 FRONTS
255/35/18 REARS

Will it clear? Or should I be looking into:

215/40/18 FRONTS
245/35/18 REARS

What do y'all think??

Regards,

-Jess

I would need to know the offsets of the wheels to be sure. The tires will fit on the wheels no problems though.

What offsets? I'm on +56's with swift springs and 01R's with no issues. I have your first size choice in tires on these wheels and I am running the Euro spec camber. Each tire is slightly different in overall height/width so choose wisely and use the Tire Rack specification section to make an informed decision.

Oh, sorry.

The offsets are +48 for the front, and +50 for the rears.

I don't think it will clear without additional camber and fender roll.
I have 18x9 with 63mm offset and my 255 rear tires just clear with extra camber.
The 255 tires sticks out an extra 5mm, however I have 13mm extra offset.
Also I am only lowered 1/2 inch.

I think your going to have to roll the front and rear fenders and run -2+ neg. camber on the rear to clear. I would opt for the smaller width tires or go with a different offset.

just run -2deg of camber in the rear. Run the Euro spec alignment, the car will feel a lot better.
