1. they are probably comparable in weight, the OZs are much stronger.
2. i would say the KDWs are better, and are sizes that closely maintain the OEM stagger ratio.
3. I rubbed in the front with the same Superleggera setup, dropped on Tein springs. no rubbing in the rear and i ran 265s.
4. need offset info for to Volks.

The GTC come with +50mm Offset max which is wrong for the S unless you run skinny tires on the rears .or have 10mm milled off the inside Boss which can be tricky. The OZs are strong and work well with slightly lowered car.

Since when is a cast wheel stronger than a forged one?

Buy the OZ!! there sexy and the so is the owner!

(this is kyle (graphicfxcrx) from revscene.net!

I have never had a rubbing issue either - and you can have the springs and rims for the price of just the rims with the volks..but god am I paid so much for rims..I should just buy second hand from now on!!
