Hey guys i painted my ap2v1 rims and i thought i would share the results... they are not going on until i get my suspension and locking lugs however . They where sanded down to bare alloy primed, painted 3 coats to get the "lexus starefire pearl" then 3 coats of clearcoat.

oh ya the photo was taken on an iphone 4.. the reason it looks weird in the background is because a shadow.

can't wait to get my iphone 4, but those came out great, only thing that sucks is that no matter what i've done, never been able to get the paint to stick 100%... always starts chipping after awhile
