Pilot sport vs Pilot Exalto
Can anyone comment on comparing these two as far as handling and tire life ?
I realize the sports are a little more money but wasn't sure if they are close in comparison.
On Tire rack I see the Exalto's get really good ratings.
Thanks,

These tires are in two entirely different categories........so comparing reviews on tirerack is completely irrelvant because they are done by category
the Pilot Exalto is an all season tire......it wears good/rides good/performs well in most conditions.......but it's most definately not a performance tire when compared to something like the pilot sport
You will get less tread life out of the pilot sport because it is a softer stickier compound.....still rides good and in my opinion is one of the stickiest and well mannered street tires i've driven on. They make a Pilot Sport "A/S" all season as well......but at that point i think you are just paying a premium for something that may be only slightly better than the exalto
