Default Possible to use different tires for the rear.

Can I use 245 45 18 instead of 255 35 18 or the rear wheels?

Would my odometer read different or my speed?

The diameter is way too big, that sounds like an SUV size. In addition to just looking wrong, you will have issues with speedometer, odometer, and gearing. 245/35/18 would be the alternative to 255/35.
