Default Question about Katana rims...

My friend is getting rid of his Katana Inspire rims and was wondering if anyone knew if these rims would fit OK on the S. I know it's not Volks or SSR or whatever, but who wants to go with the flow (plus I am getting them for cheap) anyway, all I know is that they are a 17x7 rim (obviously non-staggered). I know he's running 205/40/17, but I don't know the offsets.

Can anyone help me out with this?
Thanks in advance!

I am taking into effect that the bolt pattern fits. In this case the offsett will be to low since the wheels were on a Civic.
So all in all the wheels will fit but your car will look like one of those mexican cars with the wheels sticking out.

They won't fit because a Civic EX was 4-lug.
