Question about offset

I am looking to buy wheels its 18x7.5 with 48+ offset and
18x8 with 48+ offset will this work??

I personally would not go with the 18x8 +48mm in rear because you want the option to run 255/35/18. I have seen alot of people do it, but the tire manufacturers recommend 18x8.5 as the minimal width.

The 48mm offset is pretty low and will stick out of the wheel well.
