Default question about offset

Sorry, to ask... and im probably going to get flamed for not searching more, but im picking up my s2000 next week and I currently have a RX8 which I just bought work wheels for. My question is before I considering selling the wheels , will FRONT--18x 8.5 37offset and REAR--18x9.5 38 offset fit on the s2000 .

If they fit with spacers or fender rolling i'll keep them, otherwise i'll put them up for sale...Thanks

My rear tires are 265, I couldnt imagine putting 235 on them. That would be super stretched . I have 235 on my front tires.

I also plan on purchasing a big brake kit.

Is this a lost cause, should I just buy new wheels ?
