Default Question about suspension with 18" wheels

I have SSR1s in front 18x8 offset 48mm and 18x9 offset 55mm. 225 in front and 255 in rear. Now I have been hearing conflicting stories about lowering my car. I am thinking just an inch drop all around maybe with some Eibach springs. I am not sure if I have to roll the fenders or not. Does anybody have this set up that can give me some suggestions?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

only if the rubbing bothers you - I had SSR's on my Comptech springed TL Type S and "rolled my own". But it would be a shame IMO to touch the sheet metal on an S2000.

I wonder if coilovers would be a better choice, to allow you to dial-in what is needed. Pricey though.

You might try over in the Tire and Wheel section.
