Default Question about a wheel offset, need help

I was offered a set of 16 inch TE37 16x7 front and 16x8 rear. front offeset is +42 and rear +38. 5 lug 5x114 bolt pattern

My car is lowered quite a bit. 2 questions:

1) is this offset allright for the car?
2) can I use the stock tires with these rims

I dont want to have any rubing issues at all, as I said my car is low. i need to make sure the tire will fit inside the fender quite easily

thanks!

you'll be riding ghetto style with the tires sticking way out and rubbing like a mofo... even +48 in the rear would be marginal at best.
