Default question on fitment?

Hey guys Im trying to figure out the whole offset and tire size concept(lots of searching, lol) anyways Im looking into some new wheels 18x7.5 in the front and 18x8.5 in the rear. would a 48 offset in the front and a 55ish offset in the back work or are those too low? what about tire sizes that what im really in the dark about. Im also looking in to lowering about 1-2 inches.

any insight would be very much apprciated, and sorry for the no0b question you gotta start somewhere ya.

Thanks,
Ryan

Once you pick out a wheel I can confirm the size tires you are going to need.

Here's the set up I would like 5zigen fn01r/c 18x7.5 front and 18x8.5 rear the highest offset they have is 48. 245/35/18 for the rear and 225/40/18 for the front.

Any opions or advice would be much appreciated

Thanks
