I just got new rims with the following dimensions:
17X7 +47 Front
17X8 +47 Rear
What tire brands and sizes would be ideal for this particular setup on a 2000 s2k?

I would say go with the 215/45R17 front and 245/40R17 in the rear. Everybody has these sizes so you are not limited. What are you looking for out of a tire. Let me know and I can make a recomendation.
