Default Questions about reverse mounted BBS LM's?

these questions might be dumb but just want to make sure. this is for the people who have gone through reverse mounting LMs.

i was just wondering, can you reverse mount them with the tires still on and air in them?

also, do you have to put any kind of sealant to prevent the air from leaking or is that not required.

do you know the torque specs of each bolt and is there a sequence you have to follow to get the face fully balanced and aligned?

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!

You can reverse mount them with tires mounted. All you do is remove the face and mount it on the back of the rim (however directional tires need to be considered), torque in a star pattern. I THINK torque specs are 28-30lbs. No need to seal the face. It would be best to have the wheel and tire rebalanced.

I am not really sure that is the best advice. You state I THINK the torque is. He is putting these on his car and driving them with a wheel that can come apart. I am not sure I would want to drive on that set up. Also if you are going to rebalance why not just take the tire off. I do know that BBS does not reuse the bolts when they repair a wheel. Like OZ Racing they are suppose to be a one time use.
