quick wheel weight question

Default quick wheel weight question

what is the weight of the stock wheels? i wanted to get some d2's for some daily wheels but i dont want them to actually HURT the performance of the car. I know they weight like 22 in front and 24 in back, whats the weight of the factory wheels? thanks in advance

i believe..... its around.... 17ish in the fronts and 19ish in the backs?

ya but you can save that weight in the tires if you buy some Kumho MX tires as their a couple lbs lighter than stock SO2/3

id get the D2 as your dally wheel and if you ever track your car get some cheap Kosei's from tire rack(link above) or throw some nice Hoosier A6/R6 on your stock wheels

I wouldnt be too concerned with the extra weight for a daily driver unless you do alot of street racing or something...

By the way, if you are interested in those Kosei's, the "light grey painted" match the Silverstone almost exactly. Its real close.
