Default Re-11 vs Re-11A

I have RE-11 for my rears and i am going to replace the fronts to match.

I wanted to know if I run Re-11A for the front it it will make any difference ?

Id prefer Asymetrical so i can cross rotate and not worry about the tires being backward but if its going to degrade performance then I guess I'll get Re-11.

Thanks,

The RE-11A is the new replacement to the (now discontinued) RE-11. The only difference between the two is an updated compound. You will be completely fine having the RE-11As up front with the regular RE-11 in the rear.

The RE-11A is an even better version of the RE-11. https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/983...t__p__22489507

If anything you will have sightly more grip in the front with the RE-11A. The reason the RE-11 is more expensive is due to Bridgestone adjusting their prices to better compete with other manufacturers in this category. The RE-11A has all the benefits of the RE-11, with an increase in overall grip at a cheaper price.
