Default Rear Tire problem

I got a set of used RS-2's

$180 for all 4 tires with over 70 % thread all around. when I get up to speed my car feels like the rear PSI is off. checked the tire pressure and everything was fine, the car still pulled and felt unstable, just like it feels when the rear PSI is off.

I managed to "fix" the problem but have a few questions, My tires pressure is at 32 and 36. The 4psi extra in the one tire makes the car feel normal again, so does this mean the tire that needs the extra 4 psi smaller in diameter?

Cliff notes, rear tires feel unstable at 32psi 32psi, but at 32psi and 36psi they feel normal.

Tire could be out of round (or belt slip), or more likely, the alignment is off.

I don't it is the alignment, However it is off.

I swapped the wheels side to side and it is defiantly a tire problem, I'm and just wondering what the problem could be, defective tire? out of round? smaller? but the extra 3psi evens it out.

It could even be a radial pull in one of the tires.
