Default Rear tires uneven

On the drivers side it comes to the first perpendicular line on the tread, and on the passenger side it comes to the 2nd. Can this likely be fixed with an alignment or do I have bigger issues in the rear?

Camber adjustment should fix it.

cant tell from pics due to different cam angles but yes, if nothing is bent a proper alignment will fix it

S2000's factory alignment does have a bit of negative camber.
