Arrow Refinishing Blitz 01's

I saw this on a different set of wheels and I'm not sure what the best way going about this will be.

I want to take the wheels apart, have the barrels and faced refinished matte black.

And then here is where I am stuck.

What is the best way to refinish the bolts to make them red? Anodize? Powdercoat? Paint?

Would finding a place to anodize each individual bolt or getting them all powdercoated be the best way?

Also what way would be strongest so when I put them back together all the little bolts aren't getting scratched up or nicked?

Like this only having the bolts along the outside being red

anodized would be best, powder would be too thick and paint would chip.

maybe if you painted the heads and baked them it may help?

the blitz bolts are 6mm x 1.0 iirc, you could search the internet for red bolts that would fit. good luck man!

check out fastenal.com. look for a 12pt cap screw. you may have to get them anadized on your own though.

Mandatory to use blue loctite? How much work is it to take them apart with the loctite in there if I ever wanted to take them apart again?

BTW took them all apart last night and the bolts are anodized red now. Waiting on the faces and barrels to come back.
