Default removing center hub rings

Hey guys i recently bought a set of wheels that has these rings in the center. Now I usually see hub centric rings that look a little different then these. I tried popping them off with a screw driver and no luck. Can anyone tell me how i take these things off?

-TIA

If there is a little retaing clip in there you have to use screw drivers to pop them out. At that point the ring should just come off.
