replacement tires for MY06

replacement tires for MY06
After hours of reading reviews i have narrowed down the options for replacement tires for my MY06 to the tires below. I have no plans of auto x and am looking for a summer tire that performs well, is not very loud, has decent tread life. I wanted to make sure the following tires would have the right stagger and are a good choice. I think I am leaning towards the HTR Z III's because of the price. Also, any other suggestions are welcome!
What are the pros and cons of each tire?
Prices from tire rack
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric - $80.00 MIR
F: 215/45R17 $143.00
R: 245/40R17 $179.00
Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec - $50.00 MIR
F: 215/45ZR17 - $121.00
R: 245/40ZR17 - $151.00
Sumitomo HTR Z III
F: 215/45ZR17 - $91.00
R: 245/40ZR17 - $101.00

If you're not autocrossing don't bother with the star specs. Cross it out right now, because its a street tire on steroids.
If you want to check stagger, go to tirerack. It gives you the option to put in two different size tires for stagger and you can view matching front and rear.

My best value in the performance category is the Sumitomo HTRZ III. There is a lot of guys running that tire and I have been impressed with the handling for the price.
If I can help let me know.
