Default Rim + Tire Help

Can you stagger the tire size on the wheels instead?

Say the rims I can only find something in the 17x7 or 17x7.5 range.

Meaning all 4 rims would be the same size...could I put different sized tires up front, and different sizes in the rear?

I'm not sure what size tires can fit on a 17x7" rim?

The rear is a 245/255 tire?

You can stagger them but it would be a 205/50R17 and 225/45R17.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
